Esposición que los acreedores a los caminos de ésta capital a Toluca y a Veracruz, por las ciudades de Orizava [sic] y Córdoba dirigen al Congreso Nacional pidiéndole se sirva desechar el dictamen de la Comisión de Crédito Público en cuanto al fondo de peajes, dejándolo en el estado en que lo puso la ley de 11 de setiembre [sic] de 1827
